• Limiting contact, including handshakes, and practicing social distancing.
• Frequent handwashing and hand sanitising - before and after all encounters with customers.
• Wearing masks during all face to face meetings and meeting in gardens where and when possible. 
• Accommodating any requests to reschedule in-person appointments for the comfort of our customers and team members.
